At Colorado Inspection Services, we understand that the real estate transaction is time sensitive. That’s the reason we developed our exclusive ExpressÒ Inspection Report. This comprehensive report clearly rates all of the major elements of the house in satisfactory, fair or poor condition. Estimated ages and system design lives (which affect the systems’ rating) are also included when possible. Concise and easy to understand details of defects found are also documented in the report. This level of detail allows buyers to understand which of the major elements are functioning properly at the time of inspection, which elements may present a problem in the near future and what repairs are needed now.

The inspector will record information throughout the inspection and present the finished report at the completion of the inspection. At this time the inspector will review the report findings and address any questions the buyer may have regarding these findings.

The bottom line – no waiting for the report to arrive by mail or fax, no surprises or questions days later when the written report is finally read and best of all, the buyer meets their contract deadlines.
